Ingredients:
- 750 g young jackfruit, peeled, cut into pieces
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 750 ml thick coconut milk from 2 coconuts
- 4 eggs, hard boiled, peeled
- 2 pieces of teak leaves
- 150 gram brown sugar
- 6 bay leaves
- 4 cm galangal, crushed
- 100 gram beef, cut into pieces
- 10 foot chicken, wash clean
Blend:
- 12 red onions
- 6 cloves garlic
- 8 points pecan, toasted
- 1 tablespoon coriander, toasted
- 1 teaspoon salt
HOW TO MAKE:
- Wash jackfruit, boiled briefly with coconut water, lift.
- Prepare a saucepan, Cover pan bottom with teak leaves. Place half of the young jackfruit and half the herbs finely. Add the remaining half of the young jackfruit, eggs, remaining spices, brown sugar, beef, and Ceker.
- Add coconut milk and cover the pan. Cook over medium heat until cooked through and Ceker gudeg soft, lift.
- Serve with warm rice.
