Mushroom PorridgeIf you are vegetarian, this recipe is for you

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 100 g rice, washed, drained
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons vegetarian chicken powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 hioko mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 75 g mushroom, small pieces

Topping:
  1. Cilantro

How to Make:
  1. Boil water; put the rice, bay leaves and vegetarian chicken powder.
  2. Cook over low heat until thick.
