Ayam KalioThis is my first recipe post, I hope these recipes useful, Yummy, yummy, Let's get started.

Ingredient:

  1. 1 chicken, cut into 8 parts
  2. 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  3. 1 Turmeric leaves
  4. 3 lime leaves
  5. 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  6. 2 cm galangal, crushed
  7. 1 liter coconut milk from 2 coconuts

Blend:
  1. 16 large red chilies
  2. 12 red onions
  3. 5 cloves garlic
  4. 1 tablespoon coriander, toasted
  5. 2 cm ginger
  6. 3 cm turmeric, roasted
  7. 2 tsp salt

HOW TO MAKE:
  1. Wash the chicken, coat with lemon juice and salt, let sit for a while, drain.
  2. Heat the cooking oil, sauté the ingredients finely, enter turmeric leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal and cook until fragrant. Add the chicken and cook until the chicken change color.
  3. Enter the coconut milk, cook until the chicken is tender, gravy thickens, and oily, lift. Serve warm.
  4. Note: If chicken has been exhausted and the remaining broth, add pieces young jackfruit boiled, sliced cabbage, and beans. Cook until vegetables are tender. This vegetable is known as Kapau.
