Ingredient:
- 1 chicken, cut into 8 parts
- 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Turmeric leaves
- 3 lime leaves
- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- 1 liter coconut milk from 2 coconuts
Blend:
- 16 large red chilies
- 12 red onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon coriander, toasted
- 2 cm ginger
- 3 cm turmeric, roasted
- 2 tsp salt
HOW TO MAKE:
- Wash the chicken, coat with lemon juice and salt, let sit for a while, drain.
- Heat the cooking oil, sauté the ingredients finely, enter turmeric leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal and cook until fragrant. Add the chicken and cook until the chicken change color.
- Enter the coconut milk, cook until the chicken is tender, gravy thickens, and oily, lift. Serve warm.
- Note: If chicken has been exhausted and the remaining broth, add pieces young jackfruit boiled, sliced cabbage, and beans. Cook until vegetables are tender. This vegetable is known as Kapau.
